All orders placed with My Cookie Pie UK are subject to the Terms and Conditions set out herein:

1. Damage/Delays/Lost Packages:

All orders are quality checked at the point of dispatch.  My Cookie Pie UK cannot accept responsibility for any subsequent damage caused through transit, delivery, weather or any other aspect beyond our control.

All orders are delivered using a reputable shipping provider, any delays to this service or lost packages are out of our control and as such, we cannot take responsibility for this.

2. Changes/Incorrect Information:

All information provided at the point of order with My Cookie Pie UK will be deemed as correct.  My Cookie Pie UK cannot take responsibility for the provision of incorrect/inaccurate information.

3. Cancellations:

Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.  Orders cancelled within 12hrs of the order being placed will be subject to a £5 administration fee.  Orders cancelled after 12hrs but before dispatch will be subject to a £10 administration and processing fee.

4. Complaints/Refunds:

Complaints must be put in writing by emailing enquiries@mycookiepieuk.com within 7 days of dispatch. Customers are strongly advised to provide photographic evidence to support their complaint, where possible.  Complaints received after the 7 day period will not be considered.  You have the right to claim a refund or replacement if the goods provided by us are faulty and/or inaccurately described.

5. Feeback/Ratings/Reviews/Testimonials ('Feedback'):

My Cookie Pie UK welcomes feedback about our products and service.  Feedback must be truthful and constructive. Feedback must not contain defamatory, libelous, abusive, offensive or obscene comments or contain harmful, spamming or advertising content.  My Cookie Pie UK reserve the right to edit feedback for length and spelling, etc and use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute and display said content.  My Cookie Pie UK reserve the right to remove feedback without notice and at their sole discretion.

6. Allergens:

All My Cookie Pie UK products are made in a kitchen that handles TREE NUTS, NUTS, EGGS, WHEAT, SOYA, SULPHITES, SESAME, BARLEY and MILK.  Allergen and ingredient information is provided on the product page and allergen info page and it is the customer's responsibility to check this information prior to placing an order.

7. Governance/Liability:

These terms and conditions are governed according to English law. These terms and conditions do not in any way affect your statutory rights.

Except as may be implied by law, any remedies by My Cookie Pie UK shall be limited to and not exceed the price of the goods.  My Cookie Pie UK shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage whatever.

8. Force Majeure:

My Cookie Pie UK shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control.  This includes but is not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, failure of any communications, telecommunications or computer systems, health pandemics, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of materials from our suppliers.  In such circumstances, My Cookie Pie UK will be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

These Terms and Conditions may be altered at any time at the sole discretion of My Cookie Pie UK.
