PACKAGING
We go to great lengths to ensure our products arrive as fresh as possible and are protected from potential knocks and drops during transit. As such, all of our products are placed in clear, heat-sealed bag before being packed in an attractive white box with bubble wrap protection. Dependent on the product, greaseproof paper, shredded paper and biodegradable loose-fill chips may also be used to provide additional protection.
STORAGE
Once opened, our products should be kept in an airtight container. Cookie pies benefit from being placed in the fridge to firm up before slicing but can then be kept in an airtight container. All products can be frozen for 3 months using the clear sealed bags they arrive in or cling film. To defrost, leave the product out in ambient temperature - there is no need to defrost in the fridge.
PRODUCT LIFE
Our products are best eaten within 6 days of dispatch but they usually last longer if stored correctly (usually up to 8-10 days). If they go a bit dry, our products can be revived by warming gently in the microwave for a couple of seconds.
