What is the delivery method? Our dispatch days are Tuesday and Thursday. Standard Delivery - DPD Next Working Day: £3.99 For orders over 2kg, the cost increases to £5.99 (We do not deliver to Northern Ireland.) We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for certain postcodes and as a backup service. We are unable to accept responsibility for delivery delays and damage caused during transit, including when subjected to heat in warm weather. Our products contain chocolate which becomes unstable and melts when subjected to heat. Deliveries requested during warm weather are placed entirely at the customer's risk.
-
Is delivery free of charge?Delivery is no longer free due to an increase in costs. We now charge £3.99 for delivery through DPD's Next Working Day Service and our back up service, Royal Mail Tracked 24. This charge does not reflect the full cost of postage and packaging, which on average, is £8.50 per order.

My Cookie Pie UK cannot be held responsible for incorrect information on orders placed.

My product has arrived damaged, will you replace it?All products are quality checked at the point of dispatch and are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. However, once your order leaves our care, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused through transit, delivery, weather or any other aspect outside of our reasonable control. As such, we do not provide a replacement or refund.
-

-
Why are the 'Build Your Own' products more expensive? The build your own products slightly more expensive as they take more time to make due to the different fillings. They also require additional admin time as ingredients/allergen labels need to be created for your specific requests.
-
Are your products suitable for people with allergies?None of our products are suitable for people with SOYA, WHEAT, MILK and EGG allergies. Some fillings contain TREE NUTS, PEANUTS, SULPHITES, SESAME and BARLEY. Whilst every effort is made to avoid cross contamination of TREE NUTS, PEANUTS, SULPHITES, SESAME and BARLEY, cross contamination remains a risk due to the size of our workspace and the fact that products are made alongside one another. Please contact us, if you're at all concerned or require further clarification or click here for full allergen and ingredient information.
-
How long do the products stay fresh and how do I store them?We go to great lengths to ensure our products arrive as fresh as possible and are protected from potential knocks and drops during transit. As such, all of our products are wrapped in greaseproof paper and placed in clear sealed bag before being packed in an attractive white box with bubble wrap protection. Once opened, our products should be kept in an airtight container. Cookie pies benefit from being placed in the fridge to firm up before slicing but can then be kept in an airtight container. All products can be frozen for 3 months using the clear sealed bags they arrive in or cling film. To defrost, leave the product out in ambient temperature - there is no need to defrost in the fridge. Our products are best eaten within 6 days of dispatch but they usually last longer if stored correctly (usually up to 8-10 days). If they go a bit dry, our products can be revived by warming gently in the microwave for a couple of seconds.
-
Can I heat my cookie?Absolutely! Cookie pies and cookies are delicious when heated up as the heat releases even more sweetness and it softens the texture too. When warm, cookie pies are best served with a side of ice cream to balance the sweetness. To heat your cookie slice, pop it in the microwave for 10-40 seconds (timings will depend upon the power of your microwave and the product). This will result in your cookie having a soft and gooey texture.
-
Is it normal for the cookie pie to be cracked on top?Shrinkage (which can cause cracking and sinking of the pie lid) can occasionally happen and is an absolutely normal part of the baking process which cannot be avoided.
